bugglet:                                                                                    Mermaid (part 2) » Part 1 of my design final!  I used a limited color pallet to create a character.  As well as trying to use less outlines than I normally do. Initially I had doodled a bunch of mermaids but then suddenly there was this fancy lady trying to go somewhere in a gust of wind.  No regrets.
